2. Full-Body Therapy Process
Hydration Before Use
Drink two glasses of water—warm or room temperature—before starting,
to help prepare the body for heat therapy.
Initial Position (Face Down)
Lie face down for about 30 minutes.
Place the 12 Zodiac mat under the neck or chest
to help release tension and support uterine relaxation.
Main Position (Face Up)
Turn over and lie face up.
Position the Rainbow mat so the first row of stones aligns with the shoulders.
Top-Layer Heat Technique
Place the Sea Sand Sun mat on top of the body,
over the abdomen or chest.
This top-and-bottom heat method helps promote faster sweating
and supports more effective detox and waste release.
3. Targeted Pain-Relief Techniques
Coughing or Breathing Discomfort
Fold the Sea Sand Sun mat
and apply it gently to the front of the neck.
Leg Pain or Swollen Feet
Use the Rainbow mat as the base layer.
Then apply the Sea Sand Sun or 12 Zodiac mat
to wrap or compress around the legs or knees.
Bloating or Abdominal Tightness
Place the Sea Sand Sun mat over the abdomen.
This helps release trapped gas,
relax the body’s central energy line,
support digestive movement,
and promote an overall sense of lightness and comfort.
Additional Tips:
For Heavier Body Types
A temperature range of 55–70°C is recommended,
with a longer session time
to allow heat to penetrate more deeply.
After Exercise
Heat therapy can help enhance sweating,
support fat-burning processes,
and aid muscle recovery.
For High Tension or Stress
Allow the body to warm up until light sweating begins,
then gently stretch afterward
to help reduce stiffness and inflammation.
