6 Essential Guidelines for GONR Heating Mattress with Diabetes users
.
For individuals with diabetes, using GONR heating mattress requires more attention to ensure both comfort and safety.
1.
Before using the mattress, make sure your bowel movements are normal.
If you haven’t had a bowel movement for 1–2 days, it is recommended to regulate your system first.
2.
Before lying on the mattress, drink 1–2 cups of warm water.
After each session, drink another 1–2 cups to help the body stay comfortable.
3.
For full-body mattresses, place one or two thin quilts on top.
For seat-sized models, you may add a thick cotton cloth for cushioning.
Avoid lying directly on the mattress cover alone.
If you don’t feel warm enough, gently increase the temperature.
4.
Use the mattress for about 30 minutes to 1 hour per session,
and use it regularly—such as morning and evening, before showering or before sleep.
5.
If you plan to sleep on the mattress overnight, use a low temperature setting.
Add a thick blanket and keep the warmth mild—around 38–42°C.
6.
The recommended initial temperature is 40–45°C.
After 1–2 months of use, you may gradually increase the temperature by 1–2°C at a time, according to comfort.
